Summer Camps:



Shooting Stars Summer Camps! (Ages 6-9)

3 hours (9am-12noon)

For new and returning future stars gymnasts to build on their skills for the next year, learn a fun routine and try new apparatus too. Lots of fun for all!

2019 Season Prep Camps! (Ages 9-16)

7 hours (9am-3pm)

For returning competitive gymnasts to build on their skills for the next year, including strength, flexibility, new bodyskills, throws, and masteries. Lots of challenges and lots of fun!

Performance/Recreational Programs:



Sparkles (Ages 3-5) 

45 minutes – Saturday 10:15-11:00am at Shoreline Middle School 

Discover gymnastics and movement to music. Build on existing skills such as coordination, body skills, balance and tumbling. Use of ribbons, balls, hoops, scarves and end with the performance of a fun group routine.

This class runs for a three month session. Your gymnast will be automatically enrolled in the next three month session unless you provide 1 month cancellation notice before the next session.

There is a $20 registration fee per gymnast for this program.

Spirit (Ages 6-8)

45 minutes – Saturday 9:30-10:15am at Shoreline.

Discover gymnastics and movement to music. Build on existing skills such as coordination, body skills, balance and tumbling. Use of ribbons, balls, hoops, scarves and end with the performance of a fun group routine.

Rhythmic Kindergym (Ages 3-5) 

 30 minutes – Tuesdays

For beginners: Combine dance, ballet, and gymnastics all into one with the use of hand held apparatus such as ribbon, hoop, ball, rope and scarves! Children will learn body movements and coordination through the use of music and hand held apparatus. Each class will involve some basic tumbling as well as some fun games and a chance to learn the basics of this wonderful sport. Participants in this level will also learn a routine to music throughout the session.

Recreational Rhythmic Gymnastics (6-12) 

45 minutes – Tuesdays

National Gymnaestrada Team (All Ages)

1 Sunday per month, 10am-1pm at Shoreline Middle School

$50 per month, $100 costume fee

One class per month from September to June to learn the routines for the National Gymnaestrada taking place on the June 28-July 1st weekend (as a part of Canada Day celebrations) in Richmond, BC.

Gymnasts of all ages and disciplines (artistic, rhythmic, trampoline, acro) are welcome to join us. Parents are also encouraged and welcome to join the troupe as we prepare for this exciting event- the 2019 World Gymnaestrada in Austria!  This year we will work on the routine that we will prepare to take to this international event.

Competitive Programs:


Future Stars! (Ages 6-9)

1.5hrs – Monday 5:30pm-7pm & Saturday 9am-10:30am at Shoreline Middle School

An introduction to competitive gymnastics focusing on working towards personal goals and the opportunity to perform at competitions and performance. Train 1.5-3 hours a week (recommended working towards two classes per week) to build upon key elements: body, apparatus, mind, performance, competition, team and community. Participate in competitions on the mainland or here in Victoria, perform at community and gala events. Build sportsmanship and create friendships! This program runs for 10 months from September to June, ending with Year End Shows.

We recommend 1 class for beginners and 2 classes for intermediate level gymnasts to advance their skills. Choose the classes per week that work best for your schedule. 

Choose the day that works best for you. There is an $100 annual registration fee for gymnasts in this class. There is also a uniform for training.

 Rising Stars! (Ages 7-11)

2hrs – Monday 5:30pm-7:30pm, Wednesday 5:30pm-7:30pm, Saturday 9am-11am

Take your gymnastics to the next level with this competitive program. This program is intended for gymnasts in Levels 1-3 of the Provincial competitive gymnastics program.

The focus is working towards personal goals, competitions and performance. Train 6+ hours a week (recommended 2-3 classes per week that are 3 hours long depending on gymnast’s individuals goals) to build upon key elements: body, apparatus, mind, performance, competition, team and community. Participate in competitions within BC and maybe even in other provinces! Mondays and Saturdays are considered core days and gymnasts must attend at least one of these days per week but it is recommended to do both where possible. Gymnasts will also perform at community and gala events. Build sportsmanship and create friendships! This program runs for 10 months from September to June, ending with Year End Shows.

Choose the 2-3 days/week that work best with your schedule. There is a $100 annual registration fee for gymnasts in this program. There is also a uniform for training and traveling. Gymnasts must have their own equipment (rope, ball, toe shoes) and their own competition bodysuit.

JUNIOR Competitive Team (Ages 8-12)

2-3hrs – Monday 5-8pm, Wednesday 5:30-7:30, Thursday 5-8, Saturday 9am-12pm 

This program is intended for gymnasts in Levels 3-4 of the Western stream competitive gymnastics program as well as levels 5A and 6A in the Provincial stream competitive program.

Take your gymnastics to the next level with this competitive program. With a focus on either individual or group competition, this program is all about setting your own goals and pace for your goals in gymnastics.  The focus is working towards personal goals, competitions and performance. Train 6+ hours a week (recommended 2-3 classes per week that are 3 hours long depending on gymnast’s individuals goals) to build upon key elements: body, apparatus, mind, performance, competition, team and community. Participate in competitions within BC and maybe even in other provinces! Mondays and Saturdays are considered core days and gymnasts must attend at least one of these days per week but it is recommended to do both where possible. Gymnasts will also perform at community and gala events. Build sportsmanship and create friendships! This program runs for 10 months from September to June, ending with Year End Shows.

SENIOR Competitive (Ages 12-18)

Monday 5pm-9pm, Wednesday 5-9pm, Thursday 5-9pm, Saturday 11am-3pm

Take your gymnastics to the next level with this competitive program. The focus is working towards personal goals, competitions and performance. Train 8+ hours a week (recommended 2-4 classes per week depending on gymnast’s individuals goals up to 4 classes per week) to build upon key elements: body, apparatus, mind, performance, competition, team and community. Participate in competitions within BC and maybe even in other provinces! Mondays and Saturdays are considered core days and gymnasts must attend at least one of these days per week but it is recommended to do both where possible. Gymnasts will also perform at community and gala events. Build sportsmanship and create friendships! This program runs for 10 months from September to June, ending with Year End Shows.

Choose the days of the week that work best with your schedule, but your days must include one CORE DAY (Monday or Saturday), preferably both days for use of the full size carpet!

There is a $100 annual registration fee for gymnasts in this class. There is also a uniform for training  and traveling. Gymnasts must have all of their own equipment (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon) and competition bodysuits.

This program is intended for gymnasts in Levels 5B, 5C, 6B, 6C of the Western stream competitive gymnastics program as well as National Stream Novice, Junior and Senior categories.
